ZHENG LI'S PAINTINGS AT QUAD, DERBY: Zheng Li is a painter from China and current artist in residence in QUAD Artists Studio during May-July 2009.The East Midlands Visual Arts Forum (EMVAF) recently submitted an application to Grants for the arts for support to deliver a large programme of work, within the frame of the Turning Point Network.
Very kindly, Yasmin Canvin (Manager of the forum) and Keith Jeffrey (Chair of the Steering Group) have passed on a copy of their proposal, for publication here on the blog.
